The CalGrows AANHPI Direct Care Network project, initiated by the Asian Pacific Islander Task Force (APITF), aims to address the significant healthcare needs and disparities within Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities in Southern California, particularly in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

The CalGrows AANHPI Direct Care Network project represents an important effort to reduce healthcare disparities, enhance the quality of life for AANHPI families, and build a more equitable healthcare system in Southern California.
